HOLY COW! Has it really been a year since Ive posted! My gosh! Well, so much has happend, I went to my first MCR concert last April and had the best time of my life. I almost got killed BUT i think that was the fun part. In August we went to another concert, but no moshing so it was borderline Lame. We did get to see My Chemical Romance and Linkin Park together though. Anyway, I did finish school ( I updated my profile) and I got an amazing job which I love.

I went through an amazing surgery in June (which my family knows about) and luckily everything went really well, I missed work for a month while I recovered but I was back on track in no time. Luckily my mom was able to be with me through the whole ordeal.

That had to have been the toughest part of my year, 2 days before the surgery I was scheduled to move out of our appt and move into a house. So poor Toby..he went through hell for that month.

Well since then, I have taken a new perspective in life. I feel life is too short to work for someone else and make that person rich, dont get me wrong I love my job, but I have to think of myself also.

I want my kids to be proud of me for trying new things, and to teach them that life is about getting out of your comfort zone. So as I have been thinking things through, I have decided to open up my own alternative clothing store. (wierd huh) Anywho, Ive always admired people who dress different, they arent afraid to stand out, and isnt that what life is about? To be different? To stand out amongst the thousands of people around you? To have your opinion heard? So this is what Im working at and it has consumed my thoughts at least 23hrs of the day.

Now, dont get me wrong, Money has never been an issue with me, If I can pay my bills for the month, Im a happy camper, and if my car can get me where I need to go..then Im peachy. So this has nothing to do with money, I think I want to prove to myself that I can do this. I would hate (30 years down the road) to tell my kids, "well, I thought about it...., but I was afraid"

I think my inspiration has to come from my family. My mother (whom most of you know) is a Capt in FL. My brother dresses strictly from Hot Topic and never once has she ever tried to change him. He has tattoos and 2 piercings and dresses different. Who says cuz your an officers kid that you have to dress with Khakis, a button up shirt with a sweater tied around your shoulders? I applaud him for being different and for standing up against closed-minded adults. and Im proud of her, for standing up for her son by not trying to change him. I would love this chance to educate adults and to make it clear to them, Just because your kids dress different, doesnt mean theres something wrong with them, embrace them, love them, and dont criticize thier uniqueness.

Well, I think Ive gone on and on about my thoughts.

Im usually good at that...lol.

Ok, I just wanted to do some quick entries before work...

Monday, Arwyn asked me to go to the movies, BUT...she wanted me to drop her off at a park and they were going to pick her up, and I said WHAT!!!????, so we told her we need some phone numbers to speak to the parents, but she looked so grown up asking me and Toby about the movies..so it starts....

Ava has more words..she says, IM DONE..when shes in her high chair after she has finished eating, we should teach her IM FULL, and run out on the porch screaming it out...lol

Toby has been taking Jonathan out to go shoot a beebee gun lately, Jon really enjoys it, and Im glad they are finally spending time together..

This weekend Toby is leaving to camp, so me and the kids get to be crazy! Not really...Im going to take them to the park to play and so me and Ava can take a nap under a tree

Other news, I have decided to enter Ava in a contest for Amercian Baby. I am going to take a bunch of pictures of her and send them in..I thought she would be a good candidate cuz she has good hair and very nice teeth..so wish us luck!

Well my last blog was about music, it still is...Other songs I like Sweet Escape, by Gwen Stefani, ok, this is one of the songs that I wished I didnt like but unfortunately its really catchy, Another one of those songs is Push it to the Limit-(Disney Channel)by Corbin Bleu, I know Clara is singing it while she cleans up..lol...

Hey everyone Im sorry I havent posted..ever since Toby got guild wars, I havent been able to touch the computer, he sits on the chair salivating and foaming at the mouth, I told my kids not to get near him cuz I dont want to have to take them to the emergency room...

Ok, in the Estman news...Ava is now starting to speak sentences..when she is hungry she says "I eat!" and when she wants to go somewhere she says "Lets go!" and of course she says "hello, thank you, bye bye, and goodnight" Oh, we also got her ears pierced on Saturday at good ol Walmart..Toby was pretty upset and made me feel horrible through the whole ordeal, but now she pulls on her ears and says "Look!" She really likes them...Oh! she also says "I poop!" and points to her butt when she is dirty..hahah...

Other good news! We all got tickets to go see My Chemical Romance in Houston! woo hoo!! I am soo excited I cant wait to see Frank up close, I had started a diet, but of course it all went downhill..Me, Teresa, Clara and Jacob are all going to the concert, all right!!

Work is doing good..I am really enjoying what I do, but sometimes I think I take my work home mentally. I start thinking about spreadsheets and other mathematical things to where I cant sleep cuz I am excited! I have developed a spreadsheet for our family budget to see how much money we make in a month and how much we spend in other things, like going out to eat. my figures for January were astonishing! Of course being income tax season one of the things were splurged on was new stereos for our computer and a new computer..we paid Tobys friend 750.00 for it, but it is super nice! There are so many options for the speakers that now when I hear The Black Parade, I have surround sound at the computer..it even comes with a remote (who knows for what reason) but I am very pleased with it...

Well, Yesterday we got into a bit of a car accident with all the kids in the car..we are all fine, first of all, we were hit by a truck and it hit Toby on h is side right at his door..Of course we cant use the door anymore, and we have no window, but at lease we can still go through drive through, woo hoo!! The kids were all screaming and crying cuz they were so scared because of what happend, America sprained her wrist and Arwyn got a bruise on her face from when she went foward, all in all, we are ok..I am now more embarrased to drive our car...

I have been thinking alot about music and these are some of the songs that are rocking my world right now...
